We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

We will never lease, distribute or sell your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or the law requires us to.

Any personal information we hold about you is stored and processed under our data protection policy, in line with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We will always hold your information securely.

To prevent unauthorised disclosure or access to your information, we have implemented strong physical and electronic security safeguards.

We also follow stringent procedures to ensure we work with all personal data in line with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Payment Policy

We are an online company and we can accept a variety of payment methods suited to every customer. This consists of PayPal, payments over the phone, bank transfer and cheques. Once a payment is made then an order confirmation and invoice is sent direct to the customers email address.

On our eBay site, the default payment method is PayPal. Simply click “BUY IT NOW” and follow the instructions. You do not need a PayPal account to complete the transaction, just follow the steps for making a payment without opening an account. Here you can safely pay via a debit or credit card.

Customer support is available at customerservices@theallthingsfurnitureco.co.uk from Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm and Friday & Saturday 9am to 4pm. The office is closed on a Sunday and bank holidays.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

As soon as payment is taken we do strive to deliver your goods on time, but there are occasions where our suppliers might be out of stock either for an amount of time or indefinitely. If any of these circumstances arise then we will notify you within 48-72 hours (working days). We will clearly note to you how long we expect to be out of stock for and if you are happy to wait, if you are not then we will refund you the first working day you notify us or the day after.
