When you use our website, you'll notice that we will offer you recommendations, showing products we believe you might like and could perhaps miss when you're browsing the site.
These could be based on a number of factors; linked product part of the range, associated within that category, past purchases, top sellers, ratings and recently-viewed products. We determine your interests and suggest new products you may like.
We always take reasonable care to ensure that our recommendations are in line with your behaviour as a customer on theallthingsfurnitureco.co.uk. Details of the products we recommend - such as price - are correct at the time recommendations are originally made to you but can be subject to change without notice.
+ Description of products:
A product purchased on the website is sold subject to its Product description which sets out additional Specific Conditions related to that Product including, without limitation, key specifications, terms and conditions concerning returns policy, estimated delivery dates and times, warranties, after-sales service and guarantees.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information including Product Descriptions appearing on this website at any given time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a Product until your order is accepted in accordance with our Order acceptance policy.
Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible on the Website, the measurements indicated including weights, dimensions and capacities shown on our site are approximate only.
The images of the Products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer will display the colours accurately or reflect the colour of the Products. The Products that are delivered to you may vary slightly from those images. You acknowledge and agree that, we will not be held responsible for colour or shade differences and we do not accept these as evidence of defects.
Handmade & Bespoke Products
Some of our Products are hand-crafted, and therefore, all sizes are offered as a guide only. Due to differing screen resolutions, natural variations from batch to batch, it is virtually impossible to accurately portray the true colour of natural wood products. We endeavour to give the best portrayal of colour, but we cannot accept colour or shade differences as evidence of defects. As a general rule, dark items look lighter in reality and light items look darker. You acknowledge and agree that, we will not be held responsible for colour or shade differences and we do not accept these as evidence of defects. Please see our Returns policy for further details.
All our mattress suppliers are NBF (National Bed Federation) approved, some are even members of the Sleep Council. All the information provided on the Product Description has been modified to suit the customers viewing experience but not altered in any way to influence your purchase. Mattress comfort and firmness levels are not guaranteed, these have been tested by state of the art machinery that uses “average” persons height & weight to determine the “feel” of a mattress. We cannot be held responsible if the mattress bought does not meet your expectations with regards to comfort and firmness levels. All mattresses are non-returnable once used due to health and hygiene reasons, unless faulty or damaged on delivery. Please see our Returns policy for further details.

If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you are obliged to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your contract by a clear statement, including details of your name, geographical address, details of the order you wish to cancel and, where available, your phone number and email address.
